HR Manager (Batam, Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR management such as training & recruitment, employee benefits and welfare including health & wellness and staffing development.
- Review and conduct benchmarking of best practices to improve overall HR processes.
- Work with relevant committee and department managers in the planning and execution of HR improvement projects.
- Provide guidance and leadership to employee relations issues and formulate effective programmes to inculcate HR policies and procedures.
- Perform any other HR assignments/projects assigned.
- Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor/S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management or above.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulation, industrial relation, personal matters, recruitment, compensation and benefit, training development and performance management.
- Minimum 5 years related experience as HR Manager with 3 years experience for staff HR in marine industry.
- Capable of financial budgetary and analysis management is added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure, motivate and brings the best out of people.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
- To be based & work in Batam, Indonesia.
- Candidate from Batam has higher priority.
- Able to start work within short notice.
