- Plans, Directs, Coordinates HR Department activities to respective managers and company employees
- Oversees the overall performance of the HR Department
Ensures that all programs, policies and developments are communicated to concerned employees - Address the company's administrative concerns
- Develops and implements disciplinary actions and termination procedures
Requirements:
- Candidate preferred from Hospitality industries
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma,
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Town.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, others, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
