WALK IN INTERVIEW
PT. Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam, a French Company is looking for candidates who meet the following position:
Senior Treasury, Legal & GSP (FIN-ST)
- Degree in Banking or Accounting background from reputable university
- Having 3 years experience in treasury position and able to handle treasury and BI reporting
- Strong understanding of cash flow management
- Having knowledge of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and ASEAN Common
- Effective Preferential Traffic (CEPT) would be preferable
- Familiar with SAP system is preferable
Your job area:
- Manage regular cash flow position under coordination with the superior
- Supervise the team of Treasury and GSP (Generalized System of Preference) in order to ensure they thoroughly understand the job assignments
- Liaise with banks on all banking related issues
- Liaise with notary and insurance agents for any related issues
- Responsible to Financial Controller
Senior Accounting & Tax (FIN-SA)
- Degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Having 3 years experience in financial accounting of manufacturing company and / or accounting firm as financial auditor
- Able to handle full sets of accounts (AP / AR / GL), taxes and deal with the tax office
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles (PSAK)
- Having Brevet A or B would be preferable
- Familiar with SAP system is preferable
Your job area:
- Manage regular financial reports under coordination with the superior
- Supervise the team of Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Taxation in order to ensure they thoroughly understand the job assignments
- Liaise with financial auditor on the general auditing
- Liaise with tax auditor on the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns
- Responsible to Financial Controller
Head of Management Control (FIN-HMC)
- Degree in Accounting background from reputable university
- Having 5 years experience in manufacturing company to handle Accounting financial or budget planning background and relevant experience in that context and with strong exposure to management controlling and financial reporting
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, recognizing financial timelines and full alignment to set objectives
- Pro-activeness, assertiveness, team working, adaptability and flexibility are essential requirements
- Experience in Manufacturing finance management is considered an advantage
Familiar with SAP system is preferable
Your job area:
- In general: managing forecasting, planning, budgeting and variance analysis of financial regarding all orders produced in the factory as well as indirect costs, along with monthly and quarterly reporting
- Controlling of actual versus budget / forecast investments & expenses and provide analysis on efficiency of used financial and incoming revenues
- Generate monthly management information to provide Plant Director and Board of
- Management with key information and metrics
- Generate monthly and quarterly budget forecasts for review by Plant Director and Board of Management
- Advisory to Plant Director and Board of Management regarding optimization of costs, expenditures and financing requirements
- Participate in any relevant ad-hoc projects / tasks as required
Project Manager (PM)
- Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering background
- Having 3-5 years experience in project management & industrial field
- Able to manage new project and project transfer from overseas in term of industrial process, supply chain and quality
- Having strong knowledge to conduct feasibility study, optimize manufacturing resources and implement manufacturing process
- Monitor industrial performance in order to drive decision making (forecast cost, calculate profitability, etc)
- Having strong leadership to lead and manage team within outside APOD (Asia Pacific Operating Division), anticipate potential issues, and skill to verify the productivity achieved
- Having good analytical to ensure quality & customer satisfaction on product & processes during transfer.
General requirements:
- The candidate must have a good command in English, French is a plus.
- Having strong personality, strong leadership, communication skill, good analytical, teamwork
