Jobs & Responsibilities :
- Take multi-faceted responsibilities for managing all Staffing and Compensation & Benefit
Conceptualize, implement and improve strategic HR and Development programs in line with superior’s objectives and company’s strategies. - Take charge in HR policy formulation and execution
- Create and drive manpower and communication and staff welfare
- Employee Communication
- Good concept on Career Development
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Management or other related discipline
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing company
- Good understanding of key business drivers, be forward-looking in new HR initiatives and have a keen interest in researching latest HR methodologies and practices
- Ability to interpret numerical an financial data
- Effective communication skills in English both oral & written.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills & ability to use Six Sigma methodologies
