Assistant Finance & Admin Manager
Job Scope:
- Handle full sets of accounts and ensure timely reporting of monthly management reports (P&L/Sales/Inventory)
- Cash Flow Planning
- Costing
- Co-ordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Assist in financial analysis, financial controls, policies and procedures
- Liaise with auditors and bankers
- In-depth understanding about government regulations and labor law.
- Good in handling about HR Administration (Over time, Control attendance/absenteeism & Tardiness, working contact, prepare reference letter, expatriate documents, etc)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Min. 33 years old
- Relevant Degree (S1 Accounting)
- Accpac & Oracle ERP Financials experiences, very advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must posses minimum 5 years accounting experience in manufacturing companies
- Must be self-motivated, independent and possess good interpersonal skills
- Must be independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to start work immediately
