SENIOR FINANCE/HR MANAGER (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Head of Finance, HR & Admin & IT
• Full spectrum of Finance for manufacturing concern which includes financial accounting, costing, treasury
• Full spectrum of HR including payroll, compensation, training and industrial relations
• General office and factory administration
• Drive IT department and work closely with the team to implement improvements and enhancements projects
• Overall support to top management in decision making

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably CPA with suitable HR qualifications
• 5 years or more relevant experience in a similar management position
• Industrial relations experience an advantage
• Independent, dynamic and industrious
• Good interpersonal skills
