Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Reviewing HR policies and updating these policies
- Organizing staff welfare activities
- General HR administration: managing monthly HR reports, generating letters of employment, confirmation of service and managing employee work pass certificates.
Overseeing payroll. - Maintenance of P-files.
- Other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in full spectrum HR.
- Must be willing to work in Indonesia
- Possess excellent interaction skills.
- Knowledgable on the Employment Act of Indonesia
- Prefer Indonesian Male candidates
