Japanese-speaking Network Centre Operator

Responsibilities/Duties:

• To lead a team of Network Centre operators
• To prepare shift schedules of the operators
• Administrative duties and management reporting
• Monitor the global enterprise network
• Raise alerts and escalate issues to the next level support staff
• Work 12-hour shift including working on Sundays and public holidays

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry out a reasonable conversation in Japanese as this position requires interacting with Japanese clients and supervisors
• Preferably possess a Diploma in IT or related field
• Candidates who are familiar with networking, network security and operating
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Willing to be stationed in Japan for 3 months for training
• The successful candidate will need to sign a one-year bond with EmBeyond
