PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

• To run production and ensure quality & quantity are met in order to fulfill back-end consumption based on DDS
• To motivate and lead a team of operators and machine setters to achieve set goals
• Leases with planners, purchasers, process engineers, maintenance technicians & engineers, OQC, IPQC & others supporting departments to achieve set goals
• To train new operators & machine setters
• To control absenteeism & turnover to achieve production efficiency
• Control WIP & over consumption of materials to meet target.

Requirements:

• Male & Degree in Electronics/Electrical
• Minimum 2 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing and Supervisory level.

ASSOCIATE ENGINEER (TEST ENGINEERING)

Responsibility:

• To Prepare of test jigs and support FGR and pilot shop schedule
• Design new jig to improve existing jig with fast test cycle time, more test coverage, and cost saving
• Update hardware or software to fulfill jig test parameter appropriate with test alignment procedure and product spec.
• Conduct 5S on work areas, preventive maintenance for Pilot Run Line.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics.
• Minimum 2 years experience with related job.
• Knowledge in programming software language (Visual C++, Visual Basic, Labwindows, LABWIEW) is preferred.
• Knowledge in RF, Analog & Digital circuit design, serial communication, GPIB, Atmel PIC/microcontroller.

ASSOCIATE ENGINEER (INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING)

Responsibility:

• In charge of drawing layout of factory – AutoCAD capabilities, to propose / design mechanical / jig / fixture drawing for tool room fabrication, to perform line set up balancing, to prepare MAI /WI for F/A & decoration.

Requirements :

• Degree in Electronics / Mechanical.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Experience in PCBA industry environment.
