HR Staffing Program Specialist (4 months contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• As an HR Staffing Program Specialist, you are the subject & content expert of all staffing programs for the country and will be the focal point in that discipline for country managers.
• You will manage & lead all country and regional programs for Thailand. Ensure seamless execution in country and attainment of operational excellence. This will include regular hiring programs, graduate and trainee hiring programs, volume hiring projects and employment branding.
• You will ensure compliance of global staffing policies in the country and provide consultancy to the country managers where necessary.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree or equivalent
• 5 years relevant experience; preferably in managing Human Resource related functions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to be strategic and execute independently
• Understanding of local labour laws & regulations, staffing program activities is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a matrix reporting environment
• Ability to challenge the norm and embrace change
• Highly motivated & strong team player
