General Manager (Hotel Industry)
Responsibilities:
- To manage the development and operation of the Hotel
- To set the benchmark & incorporate highest international standards of quality & service
- To develop & implement Strategic & Marketing plan, Budgetting and achieve goals
- To setup and manage functions of all Hotel departments
- To spearhead Overseas Marketing
- To foster relationships with high level visitors
- To establish and maintain effective internal communication and meeting structures
- To establish and maintain effective employee relations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel / Hospitality / Tourism & others
- Min 6 to 10 years of working experience
- Applicants must be willing to work in Indonesia
- Preferably applicants in in Hotel/Tourism or equivalent
- Experience in Asia countries highly preferred
- Location: Indonesia
