- Min Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics) or any Engineering discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing/ procurement/ supply chain in manufacturing environment
- Experience in sourcing mechanical/ electrical/ electronics components
- Experience in driving cost reduction through strategic sourcing activities in Asia in accordance with corporate supplier strategy
- Wide network of supplier for mechanical/ electronics component manufacturers in Asian region is essential
- Able to compile and analyze supplier/distributor quality/price/performance data
- Experience in pricing and contract negotiation
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
