Senior HR Portal Design Analyst (US MNC)

Our Client, an equal opportunity employer, an US MNC which delivers advanced digital storage solutions to meet the needs of today’s consumers and tomorrow’s applications urgently seeks the following candidates for the position of:

Job Duties:
  • Work with business areas on an on-going basis to understand initiatives and business priorities and to identify opportunities for the HR Portal to support HR business operations.
  • Develop, modify and maintain standard interaction patterns and page templates for the portal as well as build out individual instances of portal pages based on these standard patterns.
  • Support HR content owners on assigning portal assets, creating portal page copy, and managing content approvals.
  • Work with the HR Portal Manager on stakeholder reviews and usability testing.
  • Develop and execute protocols for testing interaction pattern effectiveness.
  • Conduct functional testing of the content management system.
  • Support content audits.
  • Monitor design best practices and company standards.
  • Work with Steering and Standards & Operations Committees in vetting and documenting strategic and standards recommendations.
  • Work with IT to develop requirements for supporting technologies.
  • Act as back-up to the Operations Specialist in managing content via the content management system.

Additional duties will include managing on-going change management for the portal including:

  • Developing and maintaining the adoption model for the portal.
  • Working with Steering and Standards & Operations Committees in discussing issues impacting the value of the portal.
  • Developing and executing programs for measuring adoption, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending changes/additions.
  • Developing and executing change management programs for HR Portal release launches and on-going adoption support.
  • Creating communications collateral including presentations, emails, talking points, and online resources.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in MNC.
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource or Business.

  • Systems analysis

Technical skills:

Experience with the following:

  • HTML, Dreamweaver, Content Management Systems, Search tools, Photoshop a plus, User analysis, Segmentation and profiling, Needs analysis, Interaction design, Pattern design
  • Usability analysis and testing, for all releases and on-going evaluation
  • Web copy writing and editing (strong English skills required)
  • Change management
  • Stakeholder and audience analysis
  • Change management program development
  • Communications
  • Communications strategy
  • Copy writing
  • Illustrations
  • Basic team and project management
  • Measurement model design (for adoption model)
  • Quantitative data collection and analysis
  • Survey design

Working location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore


Working days: Monday to Friday

Salary negotiable depending on years of experience & qualifications
