Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a strategic partner with management of business divisions assigned in implementing organizational business systems and process changes
  • Provide full spectrum HR support to assigned business divisions in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee learning and development and employee relations
  • Diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to managing HR related issues
  • Be an active participant in divisional strategic business planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related / relevant discipline
  • 5-7 years’ HR experience, of which 3 years should be in a managerial position in a MNC
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence the business and prior work experience in a matrix structure and team environment will be advantageous
