Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work as a strategic partner with management of business divisions assigned in implementing organizational business systems and process changes
- Provide full spectrum HR support to assigned business divisions in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee learning and development and employee relations
- Diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to managing HR related issues
- Be an active participant in divisional strategic business planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related / relevant discipline
- 5-7 years’ HR experience, of which 3 years should be in a managerial position in a MNC
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to influence the business and prior work experience in a matrix structure and team environment will be advantageous
