Our client specializes in the manufacture of precision thermoplastic injection molded components and assemblies as well as the molds and custom tooling. They've earned a reputation for providing solutions to challenges beyond the realm of typical production experience. Their reputation includes un-compromised attention to detail, with a special concentration on customer satisfaction. They are a small but fast paced, service oriented company experiencing a consistent 15 to 30% growth with no plans to slow down any time soon. In fact, their new facility was completed in 2006 less than an hour from Baton Rouge, LA.
They have an immediate opportunity for a Quality Expert to bring them to the next level. They're seeking an individual who will build their system from the present ISO9000 to the future (ISO13485 & FDA 21CFR820) and will complete the qualification process with TUV that they've already begun. This is your opportunity to show them how it's done, be the big dog, report directly to the president.

Responsibilities of the position include:
- Manages total quality programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing and developing improvements in productivity, quality, client relationships, and customer service.
- Familiar with a variety of quality concepts, standards, practices, and procedures. Able to adapt quickly to customer needs.
- Implement SPC
- Lead, direct, and guide others with a smile.
- Bear up under the pressure of audits and know when to push back.
Salary: open to $100K+ DOE
Requirements:
- Minimum Formal Education: 4-Year Degreea Six Sigma Blackbelt certified
- The ideal candidate will offer Bachelor's degree, 4 years of ISO9000, ISO13485 experience, experience in medical manufacturing, preferably in the device industry and will be computer savvy.
