Vacation Sales Consultant, Singapore Based
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel-related products and services (eg, current promotion and travel services) to RCI members
- Assist our members in planning their holiday destination through telephone calls and responsible for meeting assigned monthly sales targets
- Act in a responsive manner to provide alternative choices and meeting members’ vacation needs
Process member holiday transactions and accounts activity using the exchange system
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years’ sales experience preferably from the travel-related industry or a call centre environment
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated track record in meeting weekly/monthly targets
- Team player with effective customer service skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficient in English (speaks & write) is a must
Five positions available:
- 2 positions for Thai Speaking
- 2 positions for Mandarin Speaking
- 1 position for Malay Speaking
