Assistant Training Manager

The Role:
  • Manage and facilitate training and development activities
  • Develop, formulate and implement training and development strategies
  • Training needs analysis
  • Planning activities and review training programmes
  • Oversee 1 officer

The Pre-Requisites:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree with 3 years of training exp, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Able to use MS Office
  • Good leadership skills
  • Important Note
