HR Executive (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment
  • Reviewing HR policies and updating these policies
  • Organizing staff welfare activities
  • General HR administration: managing monthly HR reports, generating letters of employment, confirmation of service and managing employee work pass certificates.
    Overseeing payroll.
  • Maintenance of P-files.
  • Other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full spectrum HR.
  • Must be willing to work in Indonesia
  • Possess excellent interaction skills.
  • Knowledgable on the Employment Act of Indonesia
  • Prefer Indonesian Male candidates
