JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for all factory maintenance, renovations and handle any building projects when required
- To oversee ISO 14000 and formulate effective audit plans
- To manage factory fire and security systems, establish systematic preventive and corrective procedures, as well as ensuring all safety procedures are maintained at all times
- To coordinate with mandatory inspection or visit by government bodies – Fire Safety Bureau FSB), Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF), Ministry of Manpower(MOM), Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Ministry of Environment(ENV)and Power Grid (PG)
- To coordinate mandatory servicing of equipments (i.e. fire fighting and lifting equipments) and coordinate works with appointed vendors for equipment maintenances such as housekeeping & rubbish disposal
- To ensure compliance of the various safety/fire regulations, implement safety rules and assume the role of appointed Fire Safety Manager
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management for manufacturing industry
- Certified Fire Safety Manager(A MUST)
- Good knowledge of risk management, factory mutual requirements and plant equipment during preventive and corrective maintenance
- Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and energy conservation
- Knowledge or understanding of operational support and capacity management is an added advantage
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients & customers
- Good interpersonal, project and maintenance management skills
- A self-motivated, committed and good team player
- Proactive and able to react to situation when it arises
- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Jurong, Tuas (transport provide at designated pick-up points)
- $2,500 to $3,300 (remuneration will be according to experience & qualifications)
