Senior Human Resource Specialist (C&B)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for C&B projects on Annual increment, sales incentive, & promotions.
  • Develop, formulate, implement and maintain competitive salary and benefits strategies through systematic adoption of procedures and policies that are aligned with the overall business objectives of the Company.
  • Supports HR operations in Compensation & Benefits within a matrix organization.
  • To provide up-to-date market data for management decisions where Compensation & Benefits issues are concerned.
  • Alignment of Corporate and Management policies with regard to Compensation & Benefits and update on regular basis.
  • Ensure benefits are competitive and cost effective in compliant with government regulations.
  • Ensure collection of benchmark data on HR matters on regular basis.
  • Provide HR support to employees and Department Heads of designated segments.
  • Provide HR support to incoming and outgoing international assignees of designated segments to ensure seamless mobility process.
  • Create awareness of benefits to new hires.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Thai, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Professional Certificate or post Graduate Diploma in Compensation & Benefits will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably 4 years of HR experience including 2-3 years in Compensation & Benefits.
    Must be statistically competent with a good working knowledge of excel, v-look up, basic macro’s, basic statistics and an analytical bias.
