PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR (Code: PA)

• Local person and interface to internal and external customers.
• To ensure internal and external customers needs are met consistently.
• Lead Customer Focus Team for account/projects assigned.
• Liaise, plan, coordinates and follow-up with internal functional departments, CFT members & customers on loading schedule, delivery, materials support, NPI, engineering change (EC), quality performances, costs.
• Degree/Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years experience in similar experience.
• Those without same experience but with experiences (such as production,planning, materials planning and purchasing) in electronics manufacturing industry will also be considered.
• Result orientated, strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING ENGINEER (Code: IE ENG)

• Conduct method studies, implement work improvement initiatives
• Participate in reviews and improvements of work processes
• Floor layouts and process flow systems
• Machine Capacity, Manpower planning and Initiative for improvement of Labor efficiency and productivity.
• Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering with 2 years in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Able to operate Auto CAD Program.

SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER (Code: SCP)

• To ensure continues optimum supply of materials to manufacturing operations to
  meet loading plan/schedule.
• Provide information to PA, Scheduler and Operations the material clear to Built
  (CTB) status for projects assigned.
• Liaise closely with buyers/planners and Singapore SCPs to expedite materials to
  form full kit for production.
• Understanding the impact of Engineering Change Notice to the materials
  requirements.
• Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position. Those without
  the qualification but good experiences in electronics Industry MRP system will be
  considered.
• Good with numbers, interpersonal and communication skills.
