- Male or female aged below 35 years
- Minimum 5 years of strong experience in industrial relations, human resources, training and development or related work fields
- Candidate must have excellent knowledge in Indonesian labour laws
- Possess good contacts in government and other agencies
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to provide credible advise on a wide range of IR and HR issues
- Possess basic knowledge on training management
- Outgoing personality and able to communicate confidently with expatriates and locals
- Disciplined and able to follow instructions fromsupervisors
- Must be hardworking and willing to work extended hours, when necessary
- Must be willing to travel frequently
- Good presentation and report writing skills
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Employment will be on a contract term subject to extension
