Vacancy: Technical Jobs at Amtek Plastic Batam

We are multinational company in plastic components, PT. Amtek Plastic Batam, subsidiary of Amtek Engineering Ltd Singapore will expand the company and looking for the following position:

TOOLMAKER

• Male, 24-28 years old
• Senior High School / Diploma in TDM
• Course in tooling/machining/Plastic Molding
• At least 2 years experience in the Tool room for Plastic Injection Molding
• Machine setup, new mould, electrode planning
• Planning to make jig and fixtures
• Monitoring Objective, target and quality
• Able to perform preventive maintenance & troubleshooting ofinjection molding
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure

MOLDING TECHNICIAN / MACHINE SETTER

• Male, 24-28 years old
• Diploma/Senior High School in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same fields
• Preferable in Plastic Injection Molding
• Familiar with Sumitomo & Toshiba Machine
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure

SPRAY PAINTER

• Senior High School in any discipline
• Male, 20-30 years old
• Min. 2 years experience in the same fields
• Familiar in spray painting and printing machine
• At least 1 year experience in the same fields
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure

SPRAYER / PRINTING SUPERVISOR

• Diploma/Degree in Technical education or related fields
• Male, 25-35 years old
• Able to manage a team of lead operator in quality management standard
• Familiar in spray painting and printing machine
• PC knowledge is preferably
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure

MAINTENANCE / FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

• Male, 24-28 years old
• Senior High School / Diploma in any discipline
• Course in maintenance and safety
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same fields
• Preferable in Plastic Injection Molding
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure

PRODUCTION LEADER

• Female or Male maximum 25 years old
• Senior High School/Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same fields
• Preferably in Plastic Injection Molding
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure
• MATERIAL HANDLER
• Senior High School
• Male, 24-28 years old
• Physical fit, hard working, honest, diligent and discipline
• Able to ensure timely supply of production materials in order to maintain molding production efficiency
• Must be able to speak and write in English and withstand working under pressure.
